  This place really needs help with their customer service. Not only was i not given a receipt, when i go in, literally five minutes after i've walked out, without my cake pop, the person behind the register claims they do not recall a cake pop order. They need better training, to deal with customers who just order more than a plain coffee. They also had messed up on my coffee, i had asked for a Cascara Latte with an added shot, but instead they give me a single shot venti iced Cascara, basically milk. All in all, my experience at the Calabasas Starbucks was not how i expected, it was terrible.

  Its an alright Starbucks can be very busy at times. Its location is alright due to the other food stores in the commons that make this place an alright location.
